VHPL Venketeswara holdings Pte Limited incorporated in Singapore , the parent Company of PT Hilton Duta Lestari (“PTHDL”), is a Investment company and acquired PTHDL in 2010.

PTHDL was acquired by VHPL in 2010 and planting commenced immediately. PTHDL started yielding Fresh Fruit Bunches in 2014, 4 years since the commencement of planting.

PTHDL has been built to a stage where majority of the cultivatable area has been planted with the plants reaching their prime. The Company has commenced the mill operation in the 1st quarter of 2024 (Calendar year).
